Grievance Redressal & Contact

1. Purpose

If you are unhappy with any part of the assistance we provided — how we communicated, how long something took, or how your information was handled — please tell us. We would rather hear about it and put it right.

3. What to include

• Your name, and the mobile number you used in your enquiry
• The approximate date of the enquiry or conversation
• A clear description of what happened and what you would like us to do
• Any reference or message that helps us locate your record

4. How we handle it

We acknowledge the complaint, review the record of your enquiry and any communication, speak to you if anything needs clarifying, and then give you our response.

We commit to the following timelines:

• Acknowledgement — within 1 working day of receiving your complaint.
• Resolution — within 30 days of acknowledgement. If a matter needs longer, we will tell you why and keep you updated until it is closed.

5. Complaints about a lender

Kkhatu Shyam Finance Corporation is not the lender. If your concern is about a lender's decision, its product, the interest rate, charges, repayment terms, collection or recovery practices, or the handling of your documents by that lender, it should be raised with that lender's own grievance redressal channel, which is set out in its loan documents and on its website.

We will still help you understand where and how to raise it, and we will share whatever record we hold of the enquiry.

6. Fraud alert

We never ask for an OTP, password, net-banking credential or card detail, and we never ask for a payment into a personal account in return for arranging a loan. If you receive such a request in our name, do not share anything and tell us at once on +91 8764264181 or sales@kkhatushyamfinance.com.
