1. Who we are

Kkhatu Shyam Finance Corporation (also referred to as “KS Finance Corporation”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a loan facilitation / DSA / intermediary business based in Bikaner, Rajasthan, India. The business is a proprietorship of Sandeep Bhargava, Founder & Proprietor.

We are not a bank or an NBFC. We do not sanction or disburse loans. We assist customers in understanding their requirement and exploring financing options available through eligible banks and NBFCs, subject to applicable eligibility criteria and lender policies.

This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website. Questions may be sent to sales@kkhatushyamfinance.com or raised through our Grievance / Contact page.

2. Information we collect

Through the enquiry and contact forms on this website we collect only:

• Your full name
• Your mobile number
• Your city
• The type of loan requirement you select
• Any optional message or brief requirement you choose to write
• The fact and time of your consent, and the page from which the form was submitted

Our website host and form-processing provider may also automatically log limited technical data such as your IP address, browser type, device type and the date and time of your visit. This is standard for websites and is used for security and reliability.

We do not collect sensitive financial information through this website. Our forms never ask for, and you should never enter, your Aadhaar number, PAN, bank account details, bank statements, salary slips, card numbers, OTPs, passwords or net-banking credentials.

If, after you contact us, your enquiry proceeds further, any documents that a lender requires are submitted by you to that lender through its own process. Where we assist you with such a process offline, we handle documents only to the extent necessary for that specific enquiry, and with your knowledge.

3. How we use your information

• To contact you about the enquiry you submitted
• To understand your requirement and explain the financing options and process
• With your consent, to share your enquiry details with eligible banks and NBFCs so that available options can be explored
• To maintain a record of enquiries and consents received
• To comply with applicable law

We do not use your information for automated decision-making, and we do not sell it.

4. Consent and lawful basis

We process your information on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the consent box on our forms. Applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 together with the rules made under them, governs this processing.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by writing to sales@kkhatushyamfinance.com or calling +91 8764264181. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything done before the withdrawal, and it may mean we can no longer assist with your enquiry.

5. Who we share information with

• Eligible banks and NBFCs — only in connection with your enquiry, and only with your consent. Once your details reach a lender, that lender processes them under its own privacy policy.
• Service providers — for example our website hosting and form-processing providers, who act on our instructions.
• Legal requirements — where disclosure is required by law, regulation, or a competent authority.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information with anyone for marketing purposes.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only as long as it is needed to assist with your enquiry and any reasonable follow-up, or for as long as required by applicable law. After that it is deleted or anonymised.

In practice, we keep enquiry records for 24 months from our last contact with you, after which they are deleted or anonymised, unless a longer period is required by applicable law.

7. How we protect it

The website is served over HTTPS. Access to enquiry records is limited to the proprietor and any staff who need it to respond to you. We apply reasonable security practices appropriate to the small volume and low sensitivity of the data we hold.

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

8. Cookies and third-party services

This website does not use advertising or behavioural tracking cookies. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means Google may receive your IP address when a page loads; this is used to deliver the font files.

If analytics or other third-party services are added in future, this policy will be updated to say so before or at the time they are introduced.

9. Your rights

• Ask what information we hold about you and get a copy of it
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete
• Withdraw your consent
• Ask us to delete your information, where there is no legal reason to keep it
• Raise a grievance about how we have handled your information

10. Communications

We contact you about the enquiry you submitted. We do not send promotional messages unless you have asked for them, and you can tell us to stop contacting you at any time.

11. Children

This website and our services are intended for persons aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it was last changed. Please check this page occasionally.
